Long-Term agreement

3.1 Sponsor Lead Contact Agreement *

Upon securing sponsorship, you (Lead Contact) and your finance department will be connected by The Learning Partnership Team with one (or several) school(s). You commit to engage with your partner school and liaise with your finance department, so the invoice provided by the school(s) are paid promptly

3.2 Finance Agreement *

Upon securing partnership, you commit to liaise with the school(s) finance department, to send yearly payments for each challenge

4. Communication Commitment: *

We will ensure all contact details are kept up to date to facilitate smooth communication regarding sponsorship connections.

We agree to the sharing of our contact information with our partnered schools to encourage two-way conversation and collaboration, which will further solidify any future challenges held by TLP in [school name], and that TLP will always be CC'd into all communication between [company name] and school(s).

5. Legal and Compliance: *

5.1 The Sponsor agrees to sponsor schools for a period of five (5) years for whole year groups 7, 8 and 9, and partial year groups for years 10 and 11, commencing on [insert start date] and concluding at the end of the academic year in which students at the School complete Year 11.

5.2 Following the conclusion of the sponsorship period, the Sponsor further agrees to engage with the sponsored school in relation to post-16 work placements and/or work experience opportunities for students, the terms of which shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

5.3 Schools will issue the invoice annually in May for £950, which [company] should pay promptly

5.4 The Programme shall automatically renew each year and begin again to Year 7s once the 5 year contact has concluded unless written notice of termination is provided 12 months before the beginning of the academic year.

5.5 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or undertakings.
