2.1 Lead Teacher Agreement *

Upon securing sponsorship, you (Lead Teacher RTTL) and your finance department will be connected by The Learning Partnership Team with one (or several) sponsor(s). You commit to engage with the sponsor and liaise with your finance department, so they can invoice the sponsor with the amount previously agreed.

2.2. Careers Agreement *

Upon securing sponsorship, you commit to engage with the sponsor for work placements / experience, to fully utilise the opportunities presented by the sponsor(s)

2.3 Finance Agreement *

3. Funding and Materials *

I agree the school will issue the invoice to the sponsor(s) annually in May for £950 per sponsor.

I agree the school will pay the invoice provided to TLP promptly, after receiving sponsorship funds and the kits.

4. Communication Commitment: *

We will ensure all contact details are kept up to date to facilitate smooth communication regarding sponsorship connections.

We agree to the sharing of our contact information with our sponsor to encourage two-way conversation and collaboration, which will further solidify any future challenges held my TLP in [school name], and that TLP will always be CC'd into all communication between [school name] and sponsors(s).

We agree that 12 months before the ending of our contract we will meet with TLP to discuss the future of our commitment and possible extension.

5. Legal and Compliance: *

5.1 The School agrees to enrol each incoming Year 7 cohort into the STEM programme provided by TLP consisting of five (5) STEM challenges, one to be delivered in each academic year over a period of three (3) years.

5.2 The enrollment of each incoming year 7 cohort shall be discussed in May with TLP

5.3 TLP shall ensure that each STEM challenge is delivered in a timely and effective manner, meeting the agreed educational objectives and standards.
