We commit to involve the entire year group in this educational initiative, with students participating in groups of four. The winning team will participate in the area finals, towards the end of the summer term circa June/July 2026

Upon securing sponsorship, you (Lead Teacher RTTL) and your finance department will be connected by The Learning Partnership Team with one (or several) sponsor(s). You commit to engage with the sponsor and liaise with your finance department, so them can timely invoice the sponsor with the amount previously agreed.

4. Funding and Materials *

I agree the school will issue a purchase order to The Learning Partnership for £950 + VAT, immediately upon receiving the sponsorship funds. TLP will then invoice the school and upon payment of the invoice, provide the necessary "Kit Box(es)" for the challenge as per our agreement.

5. Communication Commitment: *

We will ensure all contact details are kept up to date to facilitate smooth communication regarding sponsorship connections.

We agree to the sharing of our contact information with our sponsor to encourage two-way conversation and collaboration, which will further solidify any future challenges held by TLP in [school name], and that TLP will always be CC'd into all communication between [school name] and sponsors(s).

6. Legal and Compliance: *

6.1 We acknowledge that the sponsorship funds must be exclusively used to procure materials from The Learning Partnership and for no other supplier, in alignment with the stipulated terms of our agreement.

6.2 We understand and agree to adhere strictly to the terms of this agreement, which are designed to ensure compliance with UK law and maintain the integrity of the educational objectives of the Race to the Line STEM program.

6.3 We understand that by completing this form we are committing the school to running the Race to the Line challenge for year 7 during this school year.
